EAG Impressions
The E9X series (E90 sedan, E91 wagon, E92 coupe, E93 convertible) continued BMW's tradition of evolutionary design for the 3-Series. This generation saw increased globalization of BMW's lineup, with U.S. models more closely matching their European counterparts in terms of available engines and features. The E92 M3, powered by a high-revving V8, was virtually identical in both markets, marking a significant milestone for American BMW enthusiasts who had long envied European-spec models.
Overview

The final years of the E92 M3 represent the peak of BMW’s naturally aspirated M philosophy. Powered by the S65 4.0-liter V8, the E92 delivers 414 horsepower and an 8,400 rpm redline, combining motorsport character with everyday usability. With its balanced chassis, hydraulic steering feel, and high-revving power delivery, the E92 M3 remains one of the most engaging modern performance cars BMW has produced.
This 2013 BMW M3 is finished in Alpine White over Black Speed Cloth interior and shows just 9,918 miles. The exterior presents exceptionally well, with the clean, purposeful look that defines late-model E92s, further enhanced by the factory carbon fiber roof and Competition Package stance. This example is a true driver-focused configuration, pairing low mileage with a rare and desirable set of factory and enthusiast-oriented specifications.
Notably, this M3 is equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission and “single hump” configuration (no iDrive), a combination increasingly sought after by purists for its simplicity and analog feel. Inside, the manual, non-heated Speed Cloth seats reduce weight and complexity while providing excellent support, reinforcing the car’s focused, performance-first character.
Performance has been thoughtfully enhanced with high-quality upgrades, including a Brembo GT big brake kit and an Akrapovič exhaust system. These additions elevate both braking performance and the S65’s naturally aspirated soundtrack while maintaining a level of fit and finish consistent with the car’s overall presentation.
This M3 is a 2-owner California car, with the most recent owner retaining the car for over 11 years, a strong indicator of long-term care and enthusiasm. The car is accompanied by two keys and presents as a well-preserved, carefully owned example.
In preparation for presentation and sale, this E92 M3 will receive Enthusiast Auto Group’s standard intake evaluation and preservation process, a detailed multi-point inspection, verification of fluids, systems, and components, and light recommissioning consistent with EAG’s delivery standards for investment-grade vehicles. All work will be carried out to maintain the car’s originality and ensure mechanical integrity for its next caretaker.
History
With just under 10,000 miles, long-term California ownership, and a highly desirable analog specification, this Alpine White E92 M3 represents a rare opportunity to acquire a low-mile, driver-focused example of BMW’s final naturally aspirated V8 coupe. The combination of factory simplicity and high-quality performance upgrades makes this a standout car for both collectors and enthusiasts alike.
