This CSL was delivered to its first owner in Wisconsin where it spent most of its time in a collection. Never tracked, abused, or driven in inclement weather. The condition supports this as it's nearly flawless! After a year and only 1,600 miles driven it was then sold to its last owner out in California. It was here most of the mileage occurred as well as being dealer maintained by New Century BMW. We are no stranger to the G8x chassis and this example will be receiving its EAG comprehensive inspection suited for this platform and especially for the coveted CSL model.
Overview
The ultimate BMW M4 now available for the US market for the first time. The CSL's name is deeply rooted in motorsport history for the M division. It stands for Coupe, Sport, and Lightweight and there are efforts to check all of these boxes for the G8x chassis. Lightweight material is used throughout the vehicle both inside and out. The deck lid and seats we think stand out the most when it comes to highlighting these changes from a normal M4. It also received performance upgrades in the form of more power, reworked suspension, and exclusive wheel design.
With the combined forces of all these items it achieved the fastest lap time around the famous Nurburgring for any production BMW.
